Verify layout/CSS changes with a real browser via the Claude Preview harness (mcp__Claude_Preview__*) — measurements first, screenshots second. Use after any deck/site layout change, when the operator reports sizing/overlap/wrapping bugs, or when chrome-devtools MCP is unavailable (no Chrome binary). Proven on the Launchpad deck v9 fix (2026-07-03): clipping/collision/overflow found and eliminated by numbers, not eyeballs.
